Elephant Orphanage
Partnership with The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
We have supported The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust since December 2017 in their mission to rescue and rehabilitate orphaned elephants.
All donations are going to their pioneering Orphaned Project, helping to support round-the-clock specialist care of the orphan elephants with proper nutrition, veterinary care, a human family of full-time keepers and well-constructed and maintained stockades for safety and shelter at night.
In addition, Elephant Gin currently fosters 25 orphaned elephants. These elephants have been raised by The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust from infancy and are now living wild.

Partnership with HERD
In 2022, we supported South Africa’s first elephant orphanage and their mission through HERD (Hoedspruit Elephant Rehabilitation and Development) to care for and rehabilitate these orphaned elephants, to give them a new family, and a second chance at life with another herd.
The HERD (Hoedspruit Elephant Rehabilitation and Development) TRUST was established in 2021 following a 24-year journey in caring for elephants that have been displaced or orphaned due to human-elephant conflict.
